Although we public beta test our new software all new versions of existing software products are close beta tested. Becoming
a beta tester will entitle you to a discount on the
final product and opportunities to get free copies providing you adhere to the following
agreement:
Infinity Software reserves the right to add users
to any of our
beta cycles as we see fit. Signing up to test
does not mean you will be a testers. Testers are
chosen based on the information provided and the
number need at each point in the development cycle.
Any user who violates this agreement can be removed
at any time. New Beta testers will be added at the beginning of each new beta cycle. Being a beta
tester for a previous version does not guarantee you will be selected as a tester for the next version.
As a Beta
Tester you will be expected to provide us with bug reports on problems in the program you are testing. You
will also be expected to login to the Beta area and
check for updates on a regular basis. Beta Testers should log into the Beta area at least every 30 days. Beta testers
will be expected to participate it any discussion
forums present in the beta area.
Beta Testers may receive questionnaires regarding the products they are testing. These questionnaires must be
returned in a timely manor. Failure to reply to these questionnaires can result in termination as a beta tester as this is
one of our best sources of information.
As a beta
tester you agree to be placed on a mailing list to be informed on new releases, and other information. You will be
expected to download each new
release in a reasonable time frame.
If
you email address changes it is important that you let us know as soon as
possible, If we can't contact you, you will be removed from the system.
Failure to follow these guidelines will result in removable from the Beta Area.
Once remove you will not be eligible for any of the discounts or free copies that may be available to beta testers at the end of the testing cycle.
By applying to become a beta tester you are agreeing to the
above terms. If you do not agree or have no plans to participate in the beta testing process please do not apply.
